Responsibilities may include instructing, assigning, directing, and checking the work of other training specialists. Will work with customers and training staff to improve and enhance training programs. Must be competent to work at the highest levels of all phases of training. Will critique and evaluate the effectiveness of lower level training specialists? presentations and programs. May provide work leadership for lower level employees and/or have lead responsibilities. Must maintain currency in training techniques and developments. Must have good communication skills and be a team player.QualificationsThis position requires a Bachelors degree and 10 years of related experience.
