JOB SKILLS: The position requires the use of accepted project
management and integrated scheduling techniques to status and measure
progress of various flight control projects. The selected person must
have very good people skills and the ability to coordinate with
management and project leads to develop corrective action plans for
project performance variances. The position requires leading and
facilitating meetings to review requirements and schedule changes and
the ability to provide impact analysis caused by the changes.

Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work
experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related
work experience or an equivalent combination of education and
experience.
