Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Job Category: Project/Program Management Relevant Work Experience: 5+ to 7 Years Career Level: Manager (Manager/Supervisor of Staff) 6+ months- *Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder*JOB DUTIES: *Support the Program Training Plan Activities within the Scope of the V4-V5 Implementation Plan for 747/767/777 Program Design Groups in Everett; supporting the senior Project Manager with CATIA V4-V5 Implementation Project. *Track/report organization's CATIA V4/V5 Transition training plan. *Track/report employee CATIA V4/V5 Transition registrations and course completions at PTRB and other meetings as necessary. *View/print schedule of classes and/or training reports. *Coordinate Training requirements to the Programs *Take responsibility for facilitating activities and tasks as defined in the base Transition Plan. *Record customer status; develop presentations and reports reflecting status according to schedule. *Schedule training may also include instructor's time and room resource. *Maintain rosters and wait lists using Prj. Mgmt tools; provide status as required *Work with LTD coaches to identify additional requirements. *Identifies and works action items as they occur throughout the process. *Provide backup Project Management support for Everett V4/V5 Implementation Project Manager. *Facilitate Meetings; Agendas, minutes and provide customer direction according to the phases of the project schedule. *Participate in Process development activities as needed.JOB SKILLS: * Must have good communication skills, coordinate and mitigate requirements and processes. * Facilitate integrated solutions, using problem solving and negotiation skills.  * Project Management tools; schedules and track plans, status progress and presentations.  Use Office and Project Scheduling software. Good Teaming skills; work with a team for plan consistency
