RESPONSIBILITIES: Under general supervision, responsible for directing and coordinating all activities necessary to complete a major engineering project or several small projects. Performs engineering work and applied research, development, and design of new products. Work includes complex design, fabrication, modification, and evaluation of electronic apparatus, components, or circuitry for use in electronic equipment and devices. Analyzes equipment to establish operating data and conducts experimental tests. Requires an advanced technical degree and at least ten years related experience.  REQUIREMENTS: Requires an advanced technical degree and at least ten years related experience. Uses professional concepts to contribute to development of company concepts and principles and to achieve objectives in creative and effective ways. Routinely solves complex problems or provides mentoring to other Engineers to aid in their abilities to solve problems. Can resolve very complex or unknown problems requiring technical expertise and appropriate business acumen. Can formulate sound business practices from very little or unknown data. Commonly provides leadership in new assignments and routinely provides guidance to other personnel in non-salary oriented matters.  PEOPLE make it happen at Korry.
