US Citizenship required.QualificationsGenerally requires a Bachelors degree and a minimum of 8 years of related experience. 5 years experience designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle databases including versions 9i and 10g. 2 years experience developing secure and encrypted database web applications. 5 years experience writing, testing, debugging JavaScript and AJAX. Experience writing, testing, debugging and documenting Oracle APEX, and web technologies such as Java, Struts, Ruby, Ruby on Rails. Designing, writing, testing, debugging and documenting dynamic web pages. Implementing and administering web servers. Developing computer systems and databases for scientific applications.
