Volt Services Group is looking for office administration candidates to perform a wide range of job duties in a professional office setting in the Renton, Kent and Tukwila locations. Job responsible would include but not be limited to general office support of executive, management and office staff; maintaining team and senior manager's calendars, scheduling and appointments; answering and directing calls for team management, coordination of meetings (conference rooms, call-in numbers, badges, greeting visitors, refreshments, etc); maintaining office supplies; and coordinating business travel both domestic and international for the entire team. Preferred experience: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Access, Travel Management Company, Peoplesoft, TRIPS, SPPN, Records Management Database, Exchange, and Scheduling. Requirements: Prefer vocational training or equivalent work experience; proficiency in the operation of necessary office equipment and business software; and strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
