Logistics Analyst I
Vickers & Nolan Enterprises (VNE) is seeking a Logistician I to provide a range of logistics support to the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Counterintelligence Human Intelligence Equipment Program (CIHEP). All applicants must be U.S. Citizens. An active DoD security clearance is desired. Salary is commensurate with experience and education.
VNE is an engineering consulting company that provides experienced and dedicated system architects, engineers, subject matter experts (in tactical intelligence), financial analysts, and program managers as consultants to US military projects and programs. VNE also develops training courses and tools to prepare warfighters to effectively employ tactical intelligence systems and provide management guidance to the Government organizations that develop these systems.

Qualifications:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate logistics support activities, assessment of readiness posture and urgent requests. Provide guidance for logistics meetings such as Integrated Product Teams, working groups, and life cycle related meetings. Prepare, modify, review and/or recommend changes to logistics documentation. Recommend spare and repair parts. Identify obsolete and/or non-supportable items. Support fielding of hardware and software. Provide fielding schedules to the Operating Forces and other applicable agencies or activities. Coordinate effective contract logistic support to CONUS and OCONUS (deployed) units. Assess the readiness posture of supported systems and provide mitigation recommendations for deficiencies. Identify, develop, evaluate, and deliver training plans and schedules as they pertain to logistics in support of the project.
The Logistician will possess the knowledge, skills and experience supporting DoD programs in the following topic areas: Logistics Planning Program Submissions Acquisition Logistics Resource Requirements Development Base Operations (BASOPS) Support Equipment Fielding Force Management/Development Authorization Document Development Resource Programming Qualitative Analysis and Project Management Development and Analysis of Logistics Plans
Education and Experience:
Applicants will be expected to have a minimum of the following education and experience: Bachelors Degree with a concentration in Logistics, Transportation, Business Admin or related field with +3 years experience; or Associates Degree with +5 years experience. MS Office, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Project, & MS Visio.
Clearance: Currently holding or able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
