Inventory Control Supervisor (E Band)

Description of Work: •Supervise a workforce of 32 personnel and direct the manpower, work load, and schedule to support business requirements •Supervise the inventory counts and ensure accurate data is maintained within system •Provide direction and supervision to inventory control and put away leads •Ensure material stored is accounted for and put into proper locations •Oversee and supervise daily updates to the SBCT Non Mission Capable Report •Supervise assets to ensure priority requests are received in a manner that will cause a continuous flow of material as required •Supervise the order entry processes in order to streamline flow of materials •Conduct daily team meetings to ensure proper dissemination of information is directed to workforce •Maintain continuity of workforce by ensuring that at a minimum of 95% of the workforce are prepared for work on a daily basis •Supervise the coordination of Government Furnished Material requirements are met and incorporated within system •Incorporate control measure to ensure Oracle/DMIS entries are managed and performed in a timely manner •Supervise up to 8 teams; incorporating systematic approach to meeting customer's needs •Incorporate and maintain audit trail of all entries made within system * Strong interpersonl skills, communication, and supervisory skills Job Requirements: *Associate's degree or equivalent military experience in supply field; Bachelor's degree preferred * 6-10 years of supervisory experience • 5-10 years in warehouse field • Ability to obtain and maintain US passport • Ability to pass ASR • Must speak fluent English and have above average verbal and written skills • Supply/warehouse experience including shipping/receiving • Highly Organized administrative skills •Must have a current vehicle operator's license and able to obtain a U. S.
