HR Generalist/Recruiter
Position Objective: Manages the day-to-day operations in recruiting and staffing logistics, employee orientation, employee relations and services.
Key Accountabilities:Recruiter InterfacingOffers of Employment, reference checkingSending & Forwarding CI’sSending No Thank You lettersDelivering resume, CI, and phone screen notes to hiring manager – when the candidate is arriving for interviewScheduling InterviewsSending Applications to candidates prior to hire dateData Entry & Maintenance on Affirmative Action LogMaintenance of resume bankPhone ScreensFollow through on candidates as well as New Hire processUp date Open Positions ReportNew Employee AnnouncementDevelops employment advertisements.Attends appropriate Job Fairs, contact schools and other recruitment sources to maintain applicant flowUpdates EMTEQ web site for Open Positions Employee Orientations & On-Boarding requirementsFacilitating Exit Interviews & feedbackMaintenance of Turnover Reports

Education/Licenses/Designations:Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field from a four-year college or university5 years experience minimum of broad Human Resource management experience
