You will work in a clean room production environment. You will do high reliability and high quality microelectronics assembly under a microscope, perform manual and automated electrical tests, and interpret engineering drawings. Our Redmond site is Lean Manufacturing Cell environment and you will work in a team based cellular environment. Minimum Requirements2+ years Microelectronics assembly experience Microscope and hand soldering and component placement experienceDemonstrated ability to conduct test operations using automated equipmentBasic computer skills on MS operating system, Word, ExcelDemonstrated outstanding communication skillsExperience working in a team based cellular manufacturing environment preferredHigh School Diploma or EquivalentAt Crane Electronics Group we encourage employees to succeed and grow with the company.
