REQUIREMENTS
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
Experience:
1. Progressive experience in heavy industry that includes leadership in project engineering.
2. Leadership and project management skills with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.Expertise with lean engineering and Six Sigma manufacturing techniques will be an advantage.Experience in project scheduling, specification writing, electrical design, digital and analog drives, PLC and distributed control systems, National Electrical Code, AC/DC motors to 4,000 HP, power/control theory, and application and instrumentation.Excellent computer skills: AutoCad, MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access.
