In this fast paced position you will provide support to a number of executives by overseeing telephone, mail, electronic mail, facsimile services. You will maintain a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to day activities of the organization. Perform filing, duplicating, written correspondence support. Receive and distribute mail, prepare charts, spreadsheets, set up meetings, inventory and order office supplies, schedule meetings, arrange travel and update executive team members calendars. Volt is an equal opportunity employer.Requirements: Desire a minimum of 2 years of college and 5 plus years of professional administrative experience. Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Power Point, Word, Excel and Outlook Scheduling proficiencies. Strong organizational, advanced keyboarding skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task in a deadline driven environment while effectively and efficiently supporting team needs. Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality is critical for this position.
