Customer Service Specialist

Derco Aerospace is a leading, international distributor of aerospace parts supporting a variety of military aircraft for customers in nearly 70 countries. We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service professional.

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for handling all post order activity including internal order management for the sales team.

In addition this position will focus on expediting, process improvement initiatives and assigned projects.

Successful candidates will have previous experience in areas such as sales support/administration, and possess strong organizational and Microsoft Office/computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple and changing priorities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to operate in a team environment are highly desirable. A Two or Four year degree is a plus.
