Description Korry Electronics, a subsidiary of Esterline, is the internationally recognized leader in the design and manufacture of electro-optical display products, subsystems and discrete components for the aerospace and defense industries. We are a cutting-edge, industry pacesetter in many technologies (such as Night Vision and LED) that drive advances in critical applications for man-machine interfaces.We currently have an opening for a CTR Coordinator. OVERVIEW: Primary responsibility is to assist employees with reducing their current commute and aid their transition to Korry's new facility at Paine Field in 2009.This is a temporary assignment with benefits for up to 18 months. The job has flexibility for part-time work if desired, although to be eligible for benefits at least 30 hours per week is required. Primary relationships with employees and the move committee staff. Reports directly to Korry's VPHR. RESPONSIBILITIES: Ridesharing coordination of vanpools and carpools Assisting employees with bus routes and schedules CTR budget management and distribution of funds Marketing of Korry's CTR program to all employees Finding and sourcing grants for Korry's CTR program Interfacing with Metro, Community Transit, Sound Transit and other transit authorities Coordination of Korry's new shuttle system to park and rides at new site. Coordination of Flex Car or Zip Car program at new facility Create and maintain an internal CTR website on Korry's intranet REQUIREMENTS: Customer Focus, Ethics and Values, Problem Solving, Integrity and Trust, Listening, Action-oriented, Composure, and Values Diversity Previous experience as a CTR coordinator at another company Experience in transportation demand management preferred Proficient user of the internet, email, outlook scheduling, database management, Excel, Word and Frontpage and/or Sharepoint A long-term user of various commute alternatives, bus, vanpools etc.PREFERRED: Four-year undergraduate degree PEOPLE make it happen at Korry.
