Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project, Employee Job Category: Accounting/Finance/Insurance Relevant Work Experience: 1+ to 2 Years Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager) Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Job Description: Candidate will be responsible to receive, audit and process manual invoices and purchase adjustments for procurement activity. Candidate will coordinate with suppliers, supply chain analysts and procurement agents as necessary to ensure valid, timely and accurate payment of procurements liabilities. Responsibilities will also include filing, mail opening and distribution. Job Skills: Prior experience to accounts payable and data entry is preferred, position requires a detail oriented individual with good written and oral communication skills who can work well both independently and in a team environment. The ability to work efficiently while maintaining thoroughness to resolve issues and complete tasks is crucial. Experience with Microsoft windows office products is preferred. Prefer a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and two years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
