6006 Trainer I (CIHEP)
Incumbent serves as a Trainer I for the purpose of providing training & support services to PM INTEL. Shall possess the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities to:
Develop training programs.
Develop training materials (text, outlines, handouts).
Author of equipment/software User Guides.
Provide equipment and software support to the Marine Corps Systems Command, Counterintelligence (CI) Human Intelligence Equipment Program (CIHEP) Project Office, and the CIHEP Project Team providing training support for active duty and reserve CI Marines.
Organize and conduct Mobile Training Team (MTTs) in support of the Operational Forces to include but not limited to 1ST, 2ND, and 3RD CI/HUMINT Companies; Marine Forces Reserve; MARSOC; Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA) CI/HUMINT Support Company (CIHSCo), Navy and Marine Corps Intelligence Training Center (NMITC), and other locations as directed.
Conduct CIHEP equipment refresher and version upgrade training, tailored unit training, “just in time” training, and exercise support training.
Coordinate with third party vendors for New Equipment Training (NET), and plan and schedule NET for CI Marines.
Develop and maintain training materials related to the CIHEP Program; provide hard and/or soft copies of training material to units.
Provide detailed trip reports at the end of each MTT that include a class roster and student critique sheets.
Provide other program support as directed.
Bachelor's Degree in a technical field (plus 3 years experience) or
High School Diploma (plus 11 years experience)
Experience
Must have 3 years experience (with a Bachelor's Degree) or 11 years (with a High School Diploma)
Must have experience conducting training programs and determining training objectives. This experience must include at least 2 years in support of DoD programs directly supporting the development of the following

Familiarity with Marine Corps concepts, practices and procedures
CONUS and OCONUS travel is required approximately 3 weeks per quarter (non-consecutively).
Active Top Secret clearance with SCI access eligibility
