Seattle Area - Sr. Retention Manager
CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE!!! Senior Manager, Customer Retention and Upgrade Marketing is a key position within the Marketing team. This position will support the development and growth of Classmates retention and upgrade strategies, by designing, implementing and executing effective, direct marketing retention programs that drive increases in subscriber revenue. The successful candidate will need strong Program Management skills as the key liaison with internal resources to direct and build profitable micro-segmentation strategies, manage frequency, offers and sequencing of all retention campaigns across channels, and drive successful offer design, targeting, delivery and performance measurement. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding and track record of executing effective marketing programs in a subscriber- or service-based environment where the client experience is a top priority This initiative is central to Classmates corporate revenue goals. Responsibilities: Work closely with Marketing leadership and the Client Care team to translate critical client retention drivers and challenges into focused retention tools and programs Execute retention marketing campaigns and programs targeting top customer adoption, usage and implementation challenges Drive key analyses for retention marketing programs/promotions, campaign performance and client metrics Contribute to overall client loyalty retention Develop and execute compelling client-facing retention tools including templates, best practice guides, case studies, Web site content, white papers, training guides and press kits Manage existing public relations support program and reference toolkit for new and existing clients The Job Requirements: Superb Program and Project Management - organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects through to tactical execution. Work closely with analysts and other senior Marketing team members to determine segmentation and targeting criteria as well as test designs within overall contact strategy. Ability to analyze customer needs accurately. Strong problem solving and organizational skills. Ability to handle detailed work on multiple projects simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills and positive energy. Team player. Prior experience managing cross-functional relationships. Initiative to identify and act on matters without waiting for direction. Accountability for meeting deadlines while producing high quality work. Analytic thinking skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Qualifications: 5 + years of related experience at increasingly senior levels of responsibility with at least 2-4 years of CRM specific experience. Requires experience designing and executing customer segmentation strategies, implementations and other CRM programs delivering highly customized, targeted consumer offers.. 5+ years direct marketing experience, with strong focus in digital marketing. Experience working with structured testing in a "test and learn" environment. Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to use information to deliver program improvement. Experience developing business plans for new initiatives including business case / rationale development, financial pro formas and launch marketing plans. .Must have strong knowledge of mobile, digital and emerging media Strong presentation and communication skills An MBA—maybe.
