Promotions SpecialistDescription: Volt Workforce Solutions is looking for immediate Promotions Specialist for one our leading customers in Richmond, VA. This individual needs to possess the ability to:•Provide project and program management support for the marketing management function•Maintain project management documentation including project plans, creative briefs, print/production grids, state availability matrices, print/fulfillment request forms, etc. •Communicate project and program status •Proactively; work with the marketing manager, creative and/or traffic manager to report out to senior management •Open jobs; ensure work moves through the workflow system •Attend business and legal/compliance reviews; ensure that required changes are documented systemically.
