Our Client is creating compelling and fun sales collateral!This Program Manager position will focus on strategic premium ad packaging creation, GTM and package management and reporting, as well as additional responsibilities within Sales Strategy. Our Client's packaging work includes incorporation of various technology opportunities, such as Instant Messaging incorporated with sports news content, as well as cross-channel network opportunities. Primarily tactical, but also strategic work; helping the team to generate monetization solutions for numerous properties and programs.This is a great "left brain meets right brain" Senior Program Management position with high touch and involvement with a number of Product and Sales teams. Requirements: Required Skills for this Senior Program Manager includes the following: 4-8 years work related Program Management experience required. M.B.A. or equivalent desired. Strong understanding of online display advertising at the national level; either from the Media Planner, Sales or Publisher side, strong analytical skills as well as marketing. Interactive Ad Marketing background a plus. Management skills required, including ability to work within a budget and direct multiple programs. Familiar with the Redmond, WA based Software Giant's products, product interfaces, competitor's interfaces, or other industry standards and trends are preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of Excel, Outlook and HTML. Working knowledge of online advertising technologies required (Flash, Javascript, HTML, etc.) Strong PowerPoint and Photoshop skills required. Proven ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Understand customer needs and able to build ongoing relationships.
