Position:  Sr. Manager, Marketing Services

Location:  Bellevue, WA

Summary: 

We’re looking for someone to help our team of sr. marketing managers bring their marketing programs to life.  Initiatives run the marketing gamut  --  from collateral to customer events, from trade shows to advertising, from in-store merchandising to videos. You’d be managing a team of two to help get all this done.  This position reports to the Executive Director of Marketing and would be a great job for just the right candidate.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Assist in the implementation and execution of marketing programs.  Provides information, advice and assistance on the creation, supply and purchase of marketing and promotional materials.

· Coordinate the production and fulfillment of all collateral material, packaging, displays and other sales and marketing materials needed to meet company sales goals.

· Identify resource needs and manage workload requirements across a multitude of projects and customers.

· Interact regularly with marketing team colleagues to ensure their production and fulfillment needs are met in a cost-effective and timely way.

· Manage production-related budgets, working directly with the marketing team.

· Identify and implement efficiencies and process improvements for the Marketing Dept.

· Manage all production-related vendors and freelancers.

· Secure all wireless product samples needed for marketing purposes, creating and maintaining an efficient procurement process.

· Manage the company’s participation in three major trade shows each year.

· Manage external  inter-agency communications and asset-sharing needed to produce consistent, brand-appropriate materials.

· Create and maintain a digital and hard copy library of all marketing materials created.

 

Functional/Technical Skills and Experience:

· Minimum of 5-7 years experience in production or creative services with strong skills in print production.

· Excellent project and budget management skills.

· Experience managing a small ream.

· Great cross-functional teamwork.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.

· Ability to keep a calm, positive attitude in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
