Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator at HL2 is responsible for supporting all marketing efforts of the organization. Primary responsibilities include shepherding pitch deliverables through the office, managing the agency portfolio resources on the server and organizing all award competition entries.

Responsibilities Include: Managing pitch presentation deliverablesManaging/updating our portfolio resource libraryWriting/managing monthly newsletter Producing/editing written proposalsCoordinating HL2 advertising placementsManaging client eventsManaging/writing HL2 employee biosWriting/managing client case studiesManaging contest entriesCoordinating new business research through Guideline/online research

Skills/Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years of Marketing/Communications experience, with at least part of that experience within an agency environment Proficiency in PowerPoint, Pagemaker and InDesignMust be highly organized and motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects Strong organizational skills and work ethicProven project management expertiseSuperior verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal/relationship-building focusShould be comfortable working in a team environment, providing leadership and motivation Must love the thrill of the chase
