MAIL CLERK
A.B. Data seeks a Mail Clerk. This position performs all necessary duties required to provide for the timely and accurate distribution of mail throughout a multi-campus environment. Opens, sorts, and delivers incoming mail, parcels and packages. May make periodic mail pick-up and deliveries to off-site locations. Prepares all outgoing mail, packages and parcels for dispatching involving wrapping, stuffing, sealing, stamping, etc. Responsible for maintaining adequate mailing supplies. Processes orders for large copying requests for campus. Previous experience in copy room a plus.
This position requires at least one year previous shipping/receiving experience. Individual must posses the following qualifications: working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; excellent communication skills; ability to multi-task; and handle deadlines under pressure. Experience with UPS campus ship a plus.
