Great Opportunity in Richmond, Virginia for an Email Response Manager

 

Royall & Company, a direct marketing agency working exclusively with some of the nation’s most well-known colleges and universities, is looking for a full-time employee to join its email response team as Email Response Manager.  

 

As Email Response Manager, you will work as part of a customer-service focused team to manage and respond to emails from college-bound high school students and to monitor all client and technical help mailboxes, and elevate technical problems to Web Designer.  You will be expected to analyze and track feedback trends and to suggest product improvements. In addition, you will be required to resolve each student’s unique email situation.

 

We prefer a Bachelor’s Degree with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities. Strong problem solving skills. Must be very detail-oriented. You will be working in a team setting in a fast-paced learning environment. Good customer service skills and the ability to take initiative is important. Must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook Express.
