Associate Producer, Jr Web Support Our top client in Bellevue, WA (98005) is seeking an individual to join their team. This duration will last 3 months. Complete Description: In a fast-paced web-publishing environment, the Associate Producer will support making site updates (from merchandising promotion creation to simple pricing updates) while meeting strict deadlines. The Associate Producer must be a strong multi-tasking individual with good communication skills that works well within high-pressure and deadline driven environments. This position is responsible for performing a broad range of functions, including: Building template ready e-mails Providing immediate day-to-day support of page production-related requests in a timely manner Managing a queue of work (for both manual and automated processes) from pre-production to the live site Troubleshooting a variety of issues relating to content and execution Working closely with the Merchandising, Design, Copy, Operations, and other functional teams to update promotional pages and integrated site placements Assist with additional projects, reporting and tasks as needed Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's Degree 2-3 years experience working in web production environment Demonstrated proficiency in web languages (HTML, XHTML, CSS) Must be able to work productively under regular deadline pressure and be able to complete scheduled tasks with minimum supervision Ability to prioritize and multitask while meeting deadlines each day while using good judgment and making decisions An aptitude for learning new tools is essential, along with an ability to follow detailed instructions and conform to specific guidelines Ability to work independently and pro-actively seek new projects during downtime Ability to turn creative designs/layouts into a finished product with attention to detail Must be comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with expanding responsibilities Excellent communication skills with team members from multiple disciplines (graphic designers, editors, developers, etc.) Solid understanding of imaging tools (Photoshop) and HTML editors (Homesite or Dreamweaver) Must have proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Excel, Infopath, Outlook and Word Experience using SharePoint is a plus Job Reference Code: Associate Producer, Jr Web Support Company: Modis, Inc.
