 Account Support RepresentativeServe as liaison between assigned franchise owners and AIA Corporation by communicating with the franchise owners on all matters such as: franchise owner compliance, task resolution, and unbilled orders report, verifying that all customer invoices are generated and sent regularly and they act as the liaison between franchise owners and account payable when there are disputes regarding supplier invoices.

 

Qualified candidates will possess the following attributes: strong customer service, account management and organizational skills, excellent communication skills, detail oriented, ability to work in a team environment and knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
