Account Executive

Hanson Dodge Creative, America’s leading Brand Experience Design and Technology agency focused on the active lifestyle consumer has an exciting opportunity in our account services department for a standout, experienced Account Executive coming from marketing, communications, interactive or advertising backgrounds. This position is a key liaison with clients and teams to ensure we create inspired, effective branding, design, marketing, advertising and interactive solutions. A large and growing portion of our work is interactive, so experience and a strong interest in working with clients and teams on interactive projects is key.The ideal candidate is an, "A player" who can come in and add value on service to clients and project coordination along with keeping everyone looped in with timely, articulate, savvy communications. We'll know the fit is good if you're capable of identifying new opportunities with clients, driving new business and you've got an idea (or 10) that adds value to your clients' business and marketing.You'll work with other account leaders and be responsible for ensuring strong relationships with clients and internal teams. You'll steward client communications, project details, account budgets and finances, timelines and status reports. You'll need to facilitate teamwork to ensure profitable, high quality work and satisfied clients. See our website for more information about us and this role.Qualifications:- 3 to 5 years (minimum) in a comparable role at an advertising agency, marketing firm, consulting practice, design studio or interactive shop- Experience managing both print and interactive projects, teams and related client needs- Exceptional written, verbal and presentation communication skills- Ability to grasp complex systems, processes and service offerings very quickly, with minimal instruction- Able to direct a team, take direction and work independently- Analytical and solutions-minded- Deadline oriented, highly detailed and able to balance competing responsibilities- Driven, motivated by success, assertive and not afraid of hard work
