You'll work side-by-side with people you can trust and respect!Help Vistar/Roma be a leader in the Food Distribution industry by doing your part as an Accounts Receivable Coordinator who ensures timely and accurate processing of Accounts Receivable transactions.Job Responsibilities: • Process all past due and current Accounts Receivable transactions for assigned customers• Release customer orders and shipments based on customers’ credit limits• Maintain timely conversion of Accounts Receivables to cash • Maintain lowest possible debt ratio• Monitor integrity of the A/R Trial Balance account• Help meet goals and objectives of the Accounts Receivable teamRequired Experience:• 1-3 years previous job-related experience Preferred Education/Experience:• High school education or equivalent work experience• Commercial credit and/or collections experience Required Qualifications:• Demonstrates a strong work ethic• Ability to work in a fast-paced, organized, and positive environment• Ability to read and write English• Has superior organizational skills and keeps work area organized• Maintains attention to detail, completing multiple or repetitive tasks. • Demonstrates a commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals or deadlines• Easily analyzes and prioritizes information• Efficiently operates terminal and enters data• Proficient in using computers (MS Excel, Word, and Infinium is preferred)Accounts Receivable,Customer Service Need more reasons to apply?
