Utility Financial Analyst III
UTILITY FINANCIAL ANALYST III
The Regulatory Commission of Alaska (RCA) is recruiting for an experienced financial analyst to be part of its Finance Section. The Finance Section performs analysis, audits and examinations of rates for regulated utility companies and pipeline carriers. This position requires excellent reading and writing skills, the ability to make public presentations, and significant knowledge and experience with revenue requirements and/or cost of service for public utilities.
The RCA regulates public utilities and pipeline carriers within the state by certifying qualified providers of public utility and pipeline services, and ensuring that they provide safe and adequate services and facilities at just and reasonable rates, terms, and conditions.
