Job Description Transfer Pricing Manager Overview: Be an integral partner in Oracle's tax planning & strategic initiatives and assist in the company's transfer pricing policies and practices. The position reports to Sr. Tax Director – Transfer Pricing and it is located at our HQ in Redwood Shores, CA. Note: The job title / level will depend on the candidate’s level of experience and expertise.Job Description: Support global tax planning projects and strategic initiatives Monitor the company’s transfer pricing policies and intercompany cross-charges. Calculate/review global intercompany transactions on a quarterly basis including cost share and buy-in payments. Support tax provision process as it relates to transfer pricing as part of the quarterly close process. Assist in preparing or reviewing 6662 documentation and global transfer documentations Assist in various APAs Assist in transfer pricing audits in US and globally Preferred Qualifications: 6+ years of transfer pricing, international business, Big 4 accounting or technology industry experience JD, CPA or MBA highly preferred Strong financial analyst skills Systems experience with Oracle or SAP a plus Ability to communicate and interface with various departments including in-country finance team, corporate finance, ops finance, treasury and legal Company Profile:Join the industry leader in enterprise software.
