Telecom Expense Management Analyst
AMTEL is a leading Telecommunications Expense Management (TEM) company with offices in Santa Clara, CA.We pride ourselves with a wide customer base & solid financial stability. We have developed a unique award winning SaaS based software platform used by mid to large companies for managing their entire Telecommunications Procurement, Inventory & Invoicing.
The job involves working with mid to large enterprises for managing the entire process of Billing and Order management of their Telecommunication services using the software platform.
The candidate:
o Should have 5+ years background in understanding telecom billing for phone & wireless services.
o Person should be able to converse independently with enterprise clients & telecom vendors
o Expert in using Microsoft Excel.
o Should be able to gather information & place orders with carriers on behalf of the clients.
o Should have good understanding of various Telecommunication services: Voice, Data & Mobile.
o Previous experience in Telecommunication billing and order management at an Enterprise or Telecom services industry like AT&T, Verizon, SBC, Bellsouth, Qwest, Sprint, etc.
