Help Tull, Forsberg & Olson, PLC be a leader in the industry by acting as the Tax Manager who implements client tax plans; accomplishes engagements; meets engagement standards; meets cost standards; recommends tax strategies, plans, and solutions; prepares federal, state, local, and foreign tax documents; improves client tax administration; manages client engagement expectations; promotes business; protects organization's value; updates job knowledge; contributes to tax team results.

Qualifications


Skillfully synthesizes large quantities of complex information under pressure. Distills it to the most critical issues and draws accurate conclusions, taking into account a high degree of uncertainty.

Is a compelling and articulate speaker in a variety of settings. Easily adjusts the message to match the audience.

Expertise in asset management, capital adequacy and profitability measures and analysis, and makes appropriate recommendations to achieve financial goals.

Expert at setting and accomplishing financial goals, maintaining budgets and cost effectiveness, interpreting financial reports, and recommending appropriate corrective actions.

Expert at evaluating proposals to determine tax implications, understanding federal and state income tax laws, and mitigating tax liabilities.

Maintains painstaking attention to detail, completing multiple or repetitive tasks. Demonstrates a serious commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals or deadlines.

Understands the business environment, anticipates trends, and develops strategies to capitalize on opportunities and ensure long term growth.

Strong familiarity with issues of compliance for state and federal regulations.

Capable of profit and loss responsibility for an organization through setting financial goals and creating and managing budgets.

Ability to expand job responsibilities, suggest improvements, and collaborate with others to generate ideas and improve processes.

BA/BS or equivalent experience.

CPA or equivalent
