Taleo continues to solidify our leadership position as the premiere provider of enterprise level workforce solutions with forward thinking global organizations.  Our continued growth has resulted in an exciting tax opportunity within the Corporate Finance department.  This position to be located in Jacksonville, FL and will report to the Senior Director of Corporate Taxes. 

Key responsibilities:

· Assist in the preparation of the Company’s quarterly income tax provision and deferred tax calculation in accordance with FAS 109 and FIN 48 

· Prepare and manage the filing of sales tax returns and sales tax audits

· Coordinate the preparation of U.S. and Canadian income tax research credits

· Assist in management of intercompany transfer pricing calculations and maintenance of contemporaneous documentation

· Coordinate and manage the US and international income tax return preparation process

· Prepare and manage monthly tax accruals and reconciliations

· Assist in compliance management related to Sarbanes-Oxley

· Research minor tax questions from questions in the field

 

Qualifications:

· BS required and MST/MBA/MS preferred

· Certified Public Accountant certification preferred



Key Skills and Experience

· 5+ years of financial/accounting and tax experience with 4 or more years direct experience in the federal corporate tax area recommended

· Self motivated with a strong sense of personal accountability

· Detail orientated, excellent analytical skills

· Prior experiences in managing sales tax compliance and preparing income tax provisions

· Ability to adapt to changing priorities as needed

· Working experience from a Big 4, a plus

· Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work with all levels of management across all functional areas and local, regional and corporate entities

· Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

· Limited travel required
