About the Position:
We are seeking Tax and Audit CPA candidates to join our team of executive professionals.

The Tax candidate must be a CPA with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 5+ years of progressive public accounting experience. Candidate will manage all stages of tax engagements including the preparation of Corporate, S-Corp, Partnership, Trusts, Tax-Exempt Entities and Individual returns. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to think strategically. Computer expertise including knowledge of various tax software packages is highly desired.

The Audit candidate must be a CPA with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 5+ years of progressive audit experience in a public accounting environment. Candidate will manage all phases of audit engagements from planning to supervising audit seniors. Proficiency in GAAP and GAAS rules and standards is required and experience auditing not-for-profits in accordance with OMB Circular A-133, and knowledge of CaseWare, is a plus.
 
Location:
HB&P offices are located in the Canal Center Plaza professional complex overlooking the Potomac River and bike path, in beautiful Old Town Alexandria.
