ResponsibilitiesProcess/assemble:  tax returns, extensions, estimatesMaintain due date list/due date list follow-upInventory/order supplies: stationery, furniture, shipping, mail, kitchen, sodas, etcTrain other administrative professionals in processing proceduresMaintain all office equipmentFile room maintenanceResponsible for all incoming and outgoing mailSet up new employee offices/stationsKitchen maintenance, stocking of supplies for kitchensCollection of time reports Handle the tax organizer processManage e-filing of tax returnsOpen/copy/scan/email all A/R checksPost office trips

QualificationsMust also have at least 3 – 5 years experience in a professional services environment (preferably a CPA or law firm).Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)Organized and detail-oriented, quick learnerAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects, work quickly and efficiently under pressureStrong interpersonal skills; a team player Type 45+WPM and highly developed skills with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point (Acrobat a plus)
