Staff Accountant - Working Directly with Senior Management!!
My client is a market leader in their industry, and are currently searching for a Staff Accountant. This is a newly created position due to our continued growth and will report to the Controller. This position will assist and backup the Controller in all accounting functions including but not limited to: • AR, AP, GL, and account reconciliations • intercompany, billbacks, and commissions • fixed assets • month end closing and financial statement prep • review and investigate inconsistencies in all aspects of the company • regularly analyze data and review daily reports Requirements: BA or BS in Accounting or Finance (if Finance degree must have accounting experience) At least one year of corporate accounting experience Built on more than 30 years of expertise, The Mergis Group is a specialty recruiting firm committed to helping professionals make the best career choices.
