Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Econ, or Information Technology

7-10 Years Experience

Experience working in public accounting for 7+ years

CPA

Experience writing "white papers" and performing accounting research

Experience with SEC financial statement preparation in recent engagements




Job Description

Responsibilities to include:

Consolidation

Pension research

Work as a team member on special projects to include but not limited to Strategic Positioning and Capital Funding

New technical announcement and business topics as needed

Prepare footnotes for financial statements

Prepare analysis and long-lived assets and inventory

Review joint venture indemnity issues and determine appropriate accounting treatment
