Sr. Staff Accountant - Commercial Real Estate

Our client, an International Leader in Commercial Real Estate, is seeking a strong Sr. Staff Accountant to join its growing Los Angeles Accounting team. Candidate will have the opportunity to work with a strong team of CPA's and accountants in a very sophisticated and fast paced environment. Excellent opportunity!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Financial Statement preparation, Month-end Close, Journal Entries, and Account ReconciliationsOversight of all operational accounting - Accounts Payable, Cash Management, and Accounts ReceivableProperty Accounting including CAM reconciliations, Lease Contract Analysis and Rent RollsSupport on the annual budgeting and forecasting process

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands on General Accounting experience with a mid to large size company. A Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economics is required. Real Estate experience preferred but not required. Strong Communication Skills and Computer skills a must!
