Sr. Coordinator Vendor Programs-Delray Beach, FL

Job Responsibilities: Specialist III-Vendor Programs Accounting  This position is responsible for managing a Vendor Program portfolio in excess of $150 Million.  This involves reviewing and approving of the annual Program Terms set forth within each vendor’s Purchasing Information (PI) Pack/Vendor Agreements (legal binding vendor contracts) (approx 175), billing/collecting the program funds, variance analyses to the program forecasted by merchandising, and resolving the forecasting discrepancies.  This requires extensive communication with Merchants, Merchant Assistants and Merchant Associates, as well as Office Depot’s Vendors’ Merchandising departments, Sales Reps and Credit and Accounting departments. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.  Business, Finance or Accounting preferred. Minimum of two years related work experience.  Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.  Strong multi tasking abilities and problem solving skills.  Proven ability to reconcile and research highly complex accounts.  Ability to prepare process work flows.  Good mathematical aptitude.
