Job Description:
Senior Accountant / Financial Reporting
Ideal Candidates will possess:
An undergraduate degree in Accounting; MBA; CPA a plus6+ years accounting experience (mix of public and private preferable, Big-4 a plus)Strong background in the application and research of US GAAP Experience in SEC Reporting (8K, 10K, 10Q) Experience in Corporate ConsolidationsStrong oral and written communication skills Experience with SAP, Hyperion, Oracle or other large ERP systems is desirable Proven track record of process improvements
