Produce and review the monthly financial statements. Analysis, reconciliation and monitoring of balance sheet accounts. Develop practices and procedures in line with the strategic direction of the division. Prepare monthly income variance, performance measures and balance sheet financial reporting. Prepare monthly forecast. Prepare quarterly and year end reporting as required and assist external auditors on related business inquiries/requests. Assist in all phases of the mid-year and year end audit process, including tax requests Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors degree in Accounting, required. CPA/MBA, or equivalent capability, strongly preferred. 3 – 5 years (or more) professional accounting experience, required. Microsoft Office products proficiency, especially Excel, required Knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), required.
