Sourcer / Recruiter Summary
Our client, a Fortune 100 financial services firm located in Phoenix, is looking for a Sourcer/Recruiter to support a regional team of recruiters in various disciplines including technology, operations and finance. In this role, you will be responsible presenting candidates to the internal recruiting team. You must be familiar with searching on job boards, cold calling, and running internal database searches while keeping accurate records of your activity. As a team member, you will NOT be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting but the pre-screening process. You may accompany the recruiter to meetings with the Hiring Managers and assist with creative sourcing ideas/strategies.

In addition to the above, you will:Develop a pipeline of talent for key positions.Deliver qualified and diverse talent for current and anticipated roles in the organization.Assist the Recruiter Coordinator with research and the running of reports (ad hoc and standard).

 


Essential Sourcer / Recruiter Skills & Characteristics
This role requires 2 years of experience with sourcing and light recruiting; including initial pre-screens, scheduling appointments and running reports, as well as:Strong computer skills, including deep knowledge of the Microsoft Office SuiteStrong experience in MS-ExcelExperience using an Applicant Tracking SystemAbility to bring light and joy into the environment and to always have funStrong desire and passion for recruiting

To be successful in this position, you must be energetic, organized and have great communication skills. You will need to be able to juggle multiple priorities and be able to change direction mid-stream depending on need.
