Company:  Ajilon Finance Solutions Job Category:  Accounting/Finance/Insurance Reference Code:  DV-06336-526918 Location:  CO 80228 Job Status:  Full Time, Employee Senior of Financial Reporting Overview:  If you are looking for a great team to work with and a great place to work – this will be of great interest to you!    Responsibilities Prepare financial information for reporting for corporation and partnership and regulatory agencies as assigned, including, but not limited to: consolidating and consolidated trial balances, balance sheets, statements of operations, cash flow statements, comprehensive income statements, statements of members' capital, retained earnings and owners equity, financial statement footnotes, management's discussion and analysis of financial condition and results of operations; and other financial schedules, reconciliations and financial information. Proficiently use advanced spreadsheet functions and databases and periodically learn new programs. Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining reporting functions in new GL system   Requirements Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA or MBA is a plus. At least four years experience in accounting-related position, with at least two years of direct work experience in financial reporting. Knowledge of Technical Accounting issues and ability and willingness to research new issues as they arise. Ability to organize, schedule and prioritize individual work to meet various schedules and objectives.
