Senior Restructuring Associate
Description: Extremely active Management Consulting firm based in LA is looking for an diligent and financially astute Senior Associate to join their Financial Restructuring and Turnaround Firm. Company is recognized for its expertise in corporate turnarounds of financially and operationally troubled companies. They've worked as financial advisors and turnaround consultants to critically distressed companies throughout the country, successfully restructuring and reorganizing for short term corporate rescue and long term strategic growth.
Responsibilities: Perform Company due diligence and in-depth analysis of corporate financial statements. 13 Week Cash Flow analysis. Prepare financial models of future/projected financial events. In-depth research of historical financial data and industry competitive research. Prepare and communicate complex cash flow analysis including DCF. Prepare timely and accurate material for bid proposals.
Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance. 2 - 4 years financial and/or accounting experience. Extensive Travel. Superior Communication Skills.
Desired: Previous Consulting Experience. MBA, CPA, CFA, CTP or CIRA
Compensation: Extremely competitive with opportunity for rapid advancement.
