You would develop and track performance metrics that would keep projects moving on time and under budget.  You would review and update schedule progress and expenditures against project plans and budgets.  You would also analyze projects costs to assure conformance with available funding sources.   The Ideal CandidateWould have knowledge of principles and techniques related construction materials and methods.  Principals of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling and earned value reporting.  Experience using Primavera and Microsoft Project to track projects.  Ability to effectively communicate and partner with project team members, consultants and outside agencies.
