Senior Operations Accountant

We are looking for a seasoned, savvy, and energetic finance professional for the role of Senior Operations Accountant.  In this role, which reports to our Finance organization, you will partner with the Operations teams to help develop and track inventory and capital assets for the growth of our business.  Our ideal candidate is a well-rounded top performer who can be a key contributor in a high-energy environment.  Your resume should indicate increasing levels of responsibility and previous operations experience with a high tech company. Responsibilities: - Provide month end close support for Oracle inventory and wip modules- Develop cycle count / physical inventory processes across multiple sites- Analyze excess and obsolescence on parts, monitor inventory levels/turns by site- Partner with cross-functional groups to capture our global fixed assets and inventory movements- Create processes to work with third-party logistic supplier to monitor inventory levels and controls- Manager valuation processes for commercial invoicing worldwide- Build analytical models that utilize both financial and operational data to monitor operating results.- Participate in standard cost updates- Work on other ad hoc projects as requested- Participate in manufacturing systems implementations- Assist in project management of implementation projects - Oracle experience is strongly preferred- Systems implementation experience is strongly preferred Accountants Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
