Senior Manager of Revenue is an integral part to our contract negotiations process; and is the key authority in structuring our contracts so they are in compliance with SOP 97-2. The Senior Manager of Revenue Finance will work closely with the CFO, CAO, Director of Revenue, Legal and Sales Management. This role also has the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities including working with other members of the organization on complex accounting issues.

 

 

Key areas include:

• Negotiation and review of commercial sales contracts
• Documentation and review of commercial sales contracts to support SOP 97-2 compliance
• Review of annual VSOE studies
• Responsible for the integrity and management of certain key controls
• Provide Senior Management with financial reporting information and operational support
• Coordinate external audit activities and audit preparation
• Develop accounting policies and procedures

 

 

Requirements: Job Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years "Big Four" Public Accountant experience
• Experience in SOP 97-2
• Additional 2 to 5 years of experience in private industry, preferred
• CPA, preferred
• ERP System skills including Oracle systems, preferred
• Strong Operational skills, preferred
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Ability to present data in a comprehensive and articulate manner
