The Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for leading all aspects of our global Financial Planning and Analysis group. We are looking for someone who is well organized, detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a rising star with a positive attitude, sound Finance acumen and a tireless dedication to make an impact in your role. This position supervises a staff of 4 professionals. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead the annual planning and forecasting process Lead the effort to prepare, review and present monthly financial results to executive management Provide leadership in the analysis and validation of business and financial data reported across the Ticketmaster organization and recommend responses to information / trends Ensure that information is structured and presented to corporate executives in a way that can inform business decisions and assist Ticketmaster in achieving financial and growth targets. Develop reporting packages, track key metrics and perform actual to plan analyses Prepare presentations that describe and communicate the financial performance of the business Develop detailed financial models including cost-benefit analysis and outlining key revenue drivers and critical success factors Review of monthly fixed expenses, including actual vs. plan vs. forecast Qualifications: Degree in accounting or finance with 10-12 years experience, MBA strongly preferred Strong financial systems skills, including Hyperion, Excel and Powerpoint Ability to analyze and communicate competitive strategies, business trends, performance trends against plan, market trends, internal resource requirements and other factors in a clear concise manner. Proven track record as a solid participatory manager with a progressive style and the skills to coach, empower and develop talent Must be able to meet deadlines Ability to participate in strategic discussions, influence outcomes, and lead change in behaviors to drive business growth. Excellent written and oral communication skills Must be a self-starter with strong analytical skills and able to work effectively with little supervision. A strong value system, unquestioned integrity and good listening skills.
