Full relocation provided. Salary is $95-105K + 15% bonus and excellent benefits. Key Responsibilities: The Senior Cost Accounting Manager will manage and coach a team of 3-4 cost accountants/analysts within the local South Florida plant. Other key responsibilities will include preparing and presenting financial reports, facilitating the annual and quarterly financial planning process, assisting with budget preparation and strategic initiatives, providing extensive technical cost accounting experience to management and executive leadership, ensuring accurate product costing and inventory reporting, and maintaining SOX compliance standards.Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting and at least eight years progressive cost accounting experience within a manufacturing environment and at least three years of management experience.Salary/Pay Rate: $95-105K + 15% bonus About Ajilon Ajilon Professional Staffing is a leader in recruiting and project consulting, with specialty divisions in finance & accounting, management & office support, and legal.
