5+ years experience in public accounting, demonstrating a progression in complexity, scope and number of engagements managed. Demonstrated ability to bring in new business to a CPA firm. Bachelor's degree in accounting or Master's degree in accounting, A current and valid CPA license required. Membership, in good standing with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Proficient in the use of computers, accounting and tax software programs. The desire to grow into a partnership and/or future leadership role. Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor individuals at all levels within the organization.
