Senior Associate - State and Local Tax

We are currently seeking a Sales and Transactions Tax Senior Associate to join us our Mountain View or San Francisco office. Responsibilities: * Identify, document, and recommend client business requirements for implementing sales and use tax compliance processes and system improvements * Responsible for implementing recommended options with a company's financial system and business processes * Work as part of a national team that helps clients to automate sales tax services * Provide assistance and oversight on large client project engagements Qualifications: * Three years of experience providing sales and transactions tax research and technical advice on multi-state issues * Able to utilize Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio or process mapping software * Working knowledge of Sales Tax software packages (Vertex, Sabrix, and/or Taxware) * Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or a related field of study from an accredited college/university KPMG offers and supports flexible work arrangements as well as part-time schedules.
